(3)\u00a0 Satya Ramchandra International Pvt. Ltd. established on April 26, 1987 to Import and Export goods in the National and\u00a0 international Market.<\/p>\n

(4)\u00a0 Bastola Modern Brick Industries Pvt. Ltd. established on November 20, 1989 to manufacture glazed and\u00a0un-\u00a0glazed\u00a0Brick and Tiles etc.<\/p>\n

(5)\u00a0 Office Aid Udyog established in April1 19, 1990 to manufacture Nepali paper, Envelop and Gift Items etc. to market in the local market.<\/p>\n

Since that time we have been working together and we met each other many times in many countries and finally we reached to sign the agreement on August 1st. 2011 Exclusive manufacturing License for Nepal and Bangladesh.
\n(11) E B M Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Was established on December 15, 2011 under Company Registrar Office (CRO) to Manufacture Electricity 500 MW and to supply Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) which is a government owned utility Organization.<\/p>\n

(12) Urban green power Nepal private Limited was established on 6th September 2012 to produce Energy and control their plant Machinery of Canadian products.<\/p>\n

(13) We are in the process of manufacturing a solar Power \u00a0plant of 200 MW and to supply Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) which is a government owned utility Organization.<\/p>\n

(14) E B M Nepal\u00a0Energy\u00a0(BD) Limited is also going to established\u00a0 500 MW\u00a0 Digital Magnetic Inducer Generators in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n

(15) We are under process of a 400 MW waste to Energy \u00a0project\u00a0 in Indonesia with 51% shareholding PT.MAYANGJA ENERGY INTERNATIONAL in Indonesia.
\n(16)\u00a0 Over All International Investment\u00a0 Private\u00a0Limited\u00a0 Company\u00a0 was established in the 15 day September 2021 to provide loan\/equity ,Joint Venture etc. Financial support in the\u00a0 many sectors in\u00a0 Nepal , Bangladesh\u00a0 and many more countries in the world markets.<\/p>\n
